The RealtyAI Playbook is an educational product. It teaches you how to use AI tools for marketing and operations — it is not legal, real estate, financial, or tax advice, and it does not guarantee any particular result.
1. Acceptance
The RealtyAI Playbook is operated by 3T1NJ Ventures LLC, a Texas limited liability company ("we," "us"). By accessing or using realtyaiplaybook.com or any of our content, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the product.
2. What the product is
The RealtyAI Playbook provides courses, templates, prompts, and tools that teach licensed Texas real estate agents how to use AI for content and operations. It is educational and informational.
3. Educational purpose & no professional advice
- The content is for education only. It is not legal, real estate brokerage, financial, tax, or compliance advice.
- We are not your broker, attorney, or advisor, and using the product does not create any such relationship.
- You are responsible for your own compliance. Real estate advertising and conduct are regulated (including by the Texas Real Estate Commission and federal/state Fair Housing law). Our templates are designed to help you avoid common pitfalls, but you must review and confirm that anything you publish complies with the rules that apply to you and your brokerage.
- We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or certified by TREC or any government agency. References to TREC describe the rules; they do not imply endorsement.
4. No guarantee of results
Your results depend on your own effort, market, and many factors outside our control. We make no guarantee of leads, listings, sales, income, or any specific outcome.
5. Your license to use the content
When you purchase, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the content for your own professional use. You may not share, resell, redistribute, publish, or sublicense the courses, prompts, or templates, or share your account access, without our written permission.
6. Intellectual property
All content, branding, and materials are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by law. The content you create using our tools is yours, subject to these Terms.
7. Acceptable use
Don't misuse the product: no unlawful use, no scraping or bulk extraction, no attempts to break access controls, and no using the content to produce material that violates the law (including Fair Housing).
8. Purchases & refunds
Prices and what's included are shown at checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
9. Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The product is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the product is limited to the amount you paid us for it in the prior twelve months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your use of the product or content you publish, including any compliance or Fair Housing issues in your own marketing.
11. Changes & termination
We may update these Terms or the product, and we may suspend access for violations. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Venue lies in the State of Texas.
