The RealtyAI Playbook is an online education product for licensed Texas real estate agents, operated by 3T1NJ Ventures LLC, a Texas limited liability company. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit realtyaiplaybook.com, join our waitlist, use the free tools, or purchase a course.
2. Information we collect
- Email address — when you join the waitlist, use the free tool, or create an account.
- Basic usage analytics — we record privacy-friendly, first-party events such as page views and signups. We do not use third-party advertising trackers, and we do not build cross-site profiles.
- Purchase information — if you buy, payment is processed by our payment provider (Stripe). We receive your email and what you purchased; we never see or store your full card number.
- Information you send us — e.g. when you email support.
3. Cookies & local storage
We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. We use your browser's local storage to remember things like whether you've joined the waitlist, so the site works smoothly. Our analytics are cookieless.
4. How we use your information

This product is for real estate professionals and is not directed to anyone under 18. We don't knowingly collect information from children.
