Refund Policy

The Playbook comes with a 7-day money-back guarantee. Try the first lessons, run the prompts, and if it isn't a fit, email us within seven days for a full refund.

1. The 7-day guarantee

For The RealtyAI Playbook course, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your purchase date, and we'll refund the amount you paid to your original payment method.

Because the lessons are downloadable, immediately usable templates and prompts, the guarantee applies until you've completed more than two of the eight core lessons. Two lessons is a fair, hands-on look at whether the system is for you. Once you've completed a third lesson, you've used the core of the course, so the purchase is final. (We track lesson completion in your account.)

2. How to request a refund

Email hello@realtyaiplaybook.com from the address you purchased with, within 7 days, and ask for a refund. Refunds are typically processed within a few business days; it may take additional time for your bank to post it.

3. À-la-carte mini-courses

À-la-carte mini-courses, prompt tools, and templates are each a single, immediately accessible lesson or download — there is no "try the first lessons" stage like the eight-lesson course has. For that reason, all à-la-carte mini-course and template purchases are final and non-refundable. This is shown at checkout before you buy. The 7-day guarantee above applies to The RealtyAI Playbook core course only.

4. Live services & done-for-you work

One-on-one calls, setup sessions, and done-for-you services are refundable if cancelled at least 48 hours before the scheduled session. Once a session begins or work has started, fees for that service are non-refundable. The specific terms shown at checkout for each service apply.

5. Abuse

We reserve the right to decline a refund where there is evidence of abuse — for example, repeatedly buying, downloading or copying the full content, and refunding.
